Tijana Krivokapic
Tijana Krivokapic is an artist from Waterloo, Ontario who works in screen printing, performance and installation work. She uses screen printing in a collage-like manner juxtaposing old photographs with her own images and text to explore themes of family dynamics, adverse childhood experiences, and the passage of time. Drawing from personal circumstances, much of her work contains her own writing from old journal pages and phrases significant to both her diasporic upbringing in Canada and Balkan culture.
