Lori Ryerson
Lori Ryerson is a Toronto-based, award-winning contemporary art photographer who combines her love of travel with photography. Her goal is to create a visual space for viewers to decompress from what is an increasingly noisy and stressful world. Most of her images begin outdoors, in nature. Lori experiments with techniques like long exposures and intentional camera movement, watching for intimate landscapes to draw viewers into a place of quiet meditation. Her Natural Abstracts are impressions of scenes, prioritizing mood, light and colour, giving her images a very painterly quality. If you’re interested in Lori’s limited edition photos for your home, office or design project, she’s never far from an email. Images can be customized (size/frame options) to fit your space. Lori is a juried member of both the Ontario Society of Artists and the Society of Canadian Artists. Her works are in private and corporate collections in Canada and the US.
