Lori Ryerson
Lori Ryerson is a Toronto-based contemporary art photographer. With her "Boundaries Reimagined" collection Lori has married the influences of women like Georgia O’Keeffe and Judy Chicago to the concept of hard-edged abstractionists like Rita Letendre and Hilma af Klint. The images in this collection stem from the gardens of her ‘hood. These garden images were ultimately distilled down and abstracted into their basic elements of colours and shapes. (See the complete collection on her website.) Lori welcomes emails to discuss using her unique Canadian art in your home, office or design project. Previews can be arranged at her Toronto home studio. Images can be customized (size/frame options) to fit your space. They are also easily adapted to other design platforms. Lori is a juried member of both the Ontario Society of Artists and the Society of Canadian Artists. Her works can be found in private and corporate collections in Canada and the US.
