Alisa Krytsak
Alisa Krytsak is an Ukrainian-born fantasy painter based in Toronto. She works primarily with acrylics on canvas and coloured pencils on paper. Coming from a background in game development along with foundational studies in classical and decorative art, she builds richly detailed figurative compositions. Inspired by Art Nouveau, Renaissance masters, and Ukrainian mythology, her work explores themes of nature, transformation, and neurodiverse experience.
With vibrant colours and flowing forms, she tells stories that are difficult to put into words. Active since 2019 and based in Toronto since 2022, she has exhibited in both Ukraine and Canada and is continuously developing a body of work that bridges personal stories with the world around her.
