My paintings are an exploration of self perception and interconnection.
With our years of Pandemic experience, the majority of our interactions moved online, we are now relying on our phones and devices more than ever. My latest work is an exploration of our virtual self and our relationship with our devices as the source of virtual connection with others. All surfaces used in this series are discarded broken iPhone screens and iPad screens. These once cherished 'windows to the world,' will permanently display an image of eyes, the 'windows to the soul."

With oil paint, I employ a loose realistic style, with a focus on specific details.
I love to create mood & atmosphere. In this series I am salvaging & integrating discarded technology into my work.
