GARDEN PLATE by Susan Card
Toronto Potters
This porcelain platter was inspired by the 17th century designs of Japanese potter Ogata Kenzan. The pattern of abstracted flowers and leaves relates to the tradition of floral symbolism in ceramics. Hand painted with ceramic materials, glazes and underglazes, the plate is dishwasher and microwave safe. When not used as tableware, the plate graces home décor as a one-of-a-kind painting. Display on a coffee table or bookcase. Cost includes HST
