RAKU LIDDED FORM by Jacquie Blondin

This hand built form was inspired by shapes and textures from both the natural and industrial worlds. Created as a lidded vessel, this decorative Raku-fired work has two contrasting surfaces. The iridescent-glazed top contrasts with the glazed bottom in white crackle. Colour variation results from the severe firing process. It is not suitable for food or liquid.
