Sue Muir

Originally from Ontario, I have lived most of my adult life here on the west coast. For the longest time I couldn't quite figure out what was so different about life in Vancouver.
It is an attitude - get outdoors, be active, seize the day, hug a tree, and oh yes - go to work to pay the bills. It becomes your culture, compass, road map for life. Fast forward, my creative endeavours. Initially I spent many years as a professional photographer, albeit somewhat unorthodox in my style. Rules? No rules! Set the stage and see what happens. The results always both surprised and pleased. I employ the same process to creating my jewelry, under the moniker FLO Design Co. Spontaneous, unscripted, intuitive. I call this "following the flo".....just like life itself.
