Sara Farhangi

Sara Farhangi is a jeweller, goldsmith, gemsetter, and painter.
Sara graduated in Jewellery Arts program from George Brown College. She also has a BA in fine arts from university of Tehran, College of Fine Arts. In her paintings she draws figurines and decorative motifs that are representing her exploration of the old traditional textiles and fabrics.

In her current Jewellery collection, Sara is inspired by Paisley motif, which is a symbol of life and eternity from east to west. She uses traditional goldsmithing techniques such as filigree, granulation, Keum-boo and also modern technologies such as 3D printing and printing in steel.
