Mommy Mayhem: 65 Layers Painted #2

This colourful painting of abstracted dogs and toys in a landscape is part of my gestural Mommy Mayhem series. My abstracted animal paintings are based on loose, gestural sketches of the same stuffed toys in different positions. I have painted and sketched these particular stuffed animals from life on many occasions so am familiar with their shapes and forms.
