Walking Around a Patchwork Path 2

Ana Falceta

The body of work presented at TOAF is inspired by landscape satellite and aerial imageries. Through Ana's particular perspective, she reveals unusual scenarios only seen from above
The work is constructed from watercolour shapes inspired by the imageries. Then fibres and hand dyed/block-printed fabrics are stitched onto paper, forming a patchwork of textures and contrasting shapes.
Inspired by the aerial images of the Toronto City Harbourfront
This is an unframed work on paper. Ready to hang.
