I love painting, I love nature, and discovered at a young age I was meant to be an artist! It just made sense to combine them all and see what would happen. I hope you enjoy the results and find something you can tuck into your art collection. Surround yourself with the beauty of nature and wildlife, it will call to you! My Métis ancestors have reached out, and helped me become a conduit for visually sharing our accumulated knowledge and respect for our Earth. You may find influences of Métis culture in my pieces. Although the Métis people lack a traditional painting style, I love the traditional hand beading adorning clothing and ceremonial objects. I portray the feeling of seed beads in my work through a series of dots, and hand sewing through the use of broken line. It’s great to make your acquaintance and I look forward to providing you with beautiful artwork that you & your family can enjoy for generations.
