Rosi Maria Di Meglio

Senneville
I completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree double major in Painting/Drawing and Art Education from Concordia University (Montreal, QC) 2021. I have shown my work in several exhibitions across North America. I participated in the Convergence Project – Artists and Neuroscientists collaborating in a year-long art-science project (Montreal, QC) in 2018. My prints “Pathways” were recently part of the Printmaking at the Edge exhibition at Dover Art Center (Dover, NH) in 2021. My works are published in Rencontre, no 35, juin 2021, p. à 16 à 21.
Originally from Vancouver, BC, I now live and work as a professional visual artist in Montreal, Quebec.

My painting practice is centered on the study of line and its relation to abstract figuration. My art practice is a reflective work which speaks of traditions, environment, and emotion. I use memory, photography, and feeling to create, the making and critical thinking process is a large part of my creativity.
