Megan Hazen

Megan Hazen is an artist from Renfrew, Ontario and now based in Burlington. Her current body of work is the Fragmented Memories Series. This series deals with memory as something that is constantly changing, building, shifting and selecting on and from our experiences. The missing pieces represent this fleeting nature, for which our minds fill in the blanks. These animals and places are all pieces of memories of the Ottawa Valley - things that are reminders of family and home. Megan has exhibited throughout Ottawa, the Valley, the GTA and Florence, including previously at TOAF in 2019. Most recently, she was a contestant in the inaugural season of Makeful and CBC's Landscape Artist of the Year Canada tv show. Commissions are open - email [email protected] for information. All pieces are ready to hang with wire on the back of the wood panels. For more, please visit Shipping across Canada included. Local delivery may be available, please inquire.
