I was never driven to be settled in one place. As I move from one place to another, I have learned to let my eyes, mind and thoughts just go with the flow. Gradually freeing myself from all the past obsessions by going through the waves of the different worlds encountered, I was able to widen my perspective, and carefully tuned into the nature. My paintings mostly capture the movements, sounds, colors and stories of the nature, with layers of neutral colours, and with traces of draw lines. It’s meant to not only show the images of a scenery. It’s also intended to reflect sensibility and emotions in depth, and as well as poetry. I’m in the pursuit of finding the balance using brush strokes in soft muted colors. The use of draw lines are intended to add subtlety to my works.

This new series are created during the residency in a small town, Marnay in France.
I’m looking forward to encountering yet another world where I can create and show my works.
Received a BFA at OCAD U.
