Evidence of Activity

Jennifer Anne Kelly

As we walk through the forest in winter there are little holes that look like they go to nowhere. I imagine there is a great network of tunnels under the snow and into the ground until the field mouse reaches a dark place filled with nesting material. These glass boxes reflect our desire to capture nature.
This forest story box is set in winter with branches, berries, and a pinecone. All elements are made individually by hand. The glass box is made using traditional stained glass techniques.
