Anne Brochu Lambert

I'm a mixed media artist established in Regina, SK. I've exhibited in solos, collective and juried shows in Canada and the USA. My art practice includes painting, digital drawing, collage, photography, printing and multimedia art installations. Notably, I've studied cold wax & oil painting in Greece in 2019 at the Skopelos Foundation for the Arts; I was juried in the 2-year curated project “Mentorat et visibilité”, supported by the Canada Council for the Arts (2016-2018). I've just completed a multimedia art installation involving painting, textiles and a motion-activated soundtrack, with the support of SaskArts, for a curated show in Alberta.

My series "Innerscapes / États", combines encaustic painting with collages of monotypes, vintage papers, authentic gold leaf, with various techniques of mark making, all fused onto wood panels, ready to hang. These works investigate the landscape motif as well as our complex relationships to our environment.
