Sleepy Reconfigurine

"Sleepy" is from my "Reconfigurine Series". Here I incorporate broken vintage statues, left over from my now closed father’s east Toronto gift shop, with my signature use of found toys and cast concrete. Basically its recycled art. Just because something, or better yet someone, is flawed it doesn't mean its useless. They are now contemporary urban mutant sculptures with a new beauty, validity and importance.
