Anahita Azrahimi is a seasoned arts manager and an arts maker. Bringing artists and audiences together to nurture the joy of engaging with art has been the core of her arts management work for the past 15 years.
Currently, she is the Executive and Creative Director of Toronto Outdoor Art Fair, Canada’s leading outdoor art fair. In this role, she has reinvigorated the organization’s legacy through strengthening its infrastructure, building robust partnerships and implementing essential new programs for artists and the public. Her experience as a visual artist has been instrumental in gaining a deeper understanding of the needs of independent artists and the community she serves.
Anahita has experience working with a diverse range of organizations and artists in contemporary dance, theatre and visual arts such as Creative Trust, Theatre Direct and Dancemakers to name a few. She sits on the advisory board of the Arts Management program at Centennial College and the WeeFestival of Arts and Culture for Early Years. She has served on the board of Modern Times Stage Company, the steering committee of Cultural Pluralism in the Arts, and has been a juror for the Dora Mavor Moore Awards - Dance section, and the Ontario Arts Council.

Ania Harmata is a visual artist and arts manager. Motivated by the idea of artists as entrepreneurs, Ania strives to empower and encourage opportunities for professional development for visual artists and makers. Ania holds an Honours BA and an Advanced Diploma in Art and Art History from the collaborative program between the University of Toronto Mississauga and Sheridan College. Most recently, she has completed a Graduate Certificate in Arts Management from Centennial College. The 2020 season will be her fourth show with the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair, Canada’s largest and longest-running juried outdoor art event.
Tammy Yiu Coyne
Coming from careers in graphic design, fashion, and entrepreneurship, Tammy is freshly onboard as the Communications and Marketing Manager for TOAF. In addition to her exciting work with TOAF, she continues her work in the arts as Partial’s co-founder and head of Creative + Community. In 2009, Tammy founded her small design studio, Squab Creative, and continues to work with various lifestyle brands. She also launched outerwear brand OSC Cross which has continued success in Japan, and regularly mentors Entrepreneurship and Design students from OCAD and her alma mater, Ryerson University. Tammy is over-the-moon to be part of the dynamic team at TOAF, and is already counting down the days ’til the tents fill Nathan Phillips Square!
Jane Van Rooyen
Logistics and Operations Lead
Jane is a Theatre artist and a Logistics Coordinator. With a broad history working in events, from Nuit Blanche to Fringe festivals, live music and hospitality, you could say she’s a ‘Jane of all trades’. With a BA in Theatre from the University of Ottawa and a Diploma in Event Management from Humber College, Jane thrives in the Behind-the-Scenes world of the arts, pulling all the pieces together, putting out the fires, and doing all the heavy lifting to make it all happen. Jane is thrilled to be returning to Toronto Outdoor Art Fair for a third year working with this amazing team and group of artists.
